Who's actually writing this?

Me — FaizRuh. Health Hub Pro is a one-person site, not a media company with a masthead. I read the primary guidance, then write it out the way I'd explain it to a friend who asked me at dinner.

I start from the guidelines

Every article is built from what the WHO, CDC, NIH, NHS, Cochrane and major clinical guidelines actually say — then linked at the bottom so you can check me.

No fake credentials

I'm not a doctor and there's no anonymous panel of physicians behind this site. You'll never see a made-up "reviewed by Dr. So-and-so" line here.

I fix things

Guidance changes, and I get things wrong. Email me and I'll correct the page and date the change.

Nothing to sell you

No supplements, no powders, no paid links, no affiliate pills. If I recommend something, no one paid for it.

How an article gets made

  1. I pick a question people are genuinely asking, not one a keyword tool invented.
  2. I read the current guidance from the bodies listed above and pull the specifics.
  3. I draft it — with AI assistance for the first pass — then rewrite it in my own voice.
  4. I check every claim against the sources, and cut anything I can't back up.
  5. Sources go at the bottom of the page. Dates go on the byline.

Being blunt about the AI part: I use it to draft and summarise, never as the final word, and never for a claim I haven't checked myself. Nothing here is medical advice or a diagnosis. For anything that affects you personally, talk to a clinician who can actually examine you.
